Love Life Dies

So, it’s the middle of the night, you’ve already been up twice to comfort your baby, and you wake up in the morning with just a few hours sleep. You clean the house, cook, look after the baby, do the shopping, see family members etc. By the end of the day the last thing you’re going to want to do is be romantic. So, it’s fair to say that your love life will fizzle out, and it’s up to you to find a way to keep the romance alive. If you’re a single parent, the dating game is even harder to try and deal with. If you check out links such as, you should be able to find a way of hopefully finding some sort of love. It’s a shame that so many relationships break down after pregnancy, or even before the baby is born. Don’t give up hope, and always strive to have an active love life, no matter how stressful your day is!

Happy Milestones

Onto something a bit more positive now. Happy milestones are one of the best things about having a baby. Their first smile, their first laugh, their first step… it’s all something to look forward to, and we guarantee you’ll cry at every single one. To watch the little human being that you created grow is one of the most magical parts about being a parent. Of course until they get to the terrible twos, then you might rethink your whole decision to have a baby. But make the most of every milestone they reach, and love them unconditionally!

Resistance As They Grow

So, the terrible twos is the first sign of a bit of resistance. No longer are they this little baby who cries for food and a change. They’re turning into a little human who wants everything their way, and boy will you know about it. As they turn into teenagers, the resistance peaks. Hormones drive anger and hate against parents, but you can control it by the way you parent. If you’re always strict and creating tons of boundaries, you’re always going to have a bit of resistance. Be relaxed and fun loving, and you’ll find it so much easier to get along with your little one!

Kids are so much dependent on us when they are born. Slowly their dependence on us reduces and gradually they become independent and take care of themselves. Nonetheless, every first thing that the baby does is enjoyable and memorable for the parents. My Kid is going to be 5 years old now and has become independent in so many ways like eating, bathing, and so much more.

Parenting can be a real challenge. Sometimes the good doesn’t outweigh the bad and it can be overwhelming. But the milestones are wonderful and watching them grow into actual, independent little humans is amazing! I say all of this from an aunts point of view as the only child I have is my cat.
