#Blogmas Day 2 – Vuelio Blog Awards & Meeting My Inspiration
November 30th was The Vuelio Blog Awards Ceremony at Bloomsbury Big Top in London. I was over the moon when I received an email from Vuelio week before the event , saying that I was invited. I had two tickets to the event and took my cousin with me.
The Vuelio Blog Awards is now firmly established as the biggest blogging night of the year! As the Awards are independently judged, winners know they truly deserve their status as the best bloggers in their respective fields.
Hundreds of bloggers, vloggers and Instagrammers attend the Vuelio Blog Awards, along with leaders in PR, communications and the media – making it a must attend for anyone serious about influence, outreach and networking with the very best of the blogosphere.
This year, the event took place at hugely popular Bloomsbury Big Top in London. We drove to Central London and the parking was easy and close to the venue, right on the Guildford Street. Event started with reception at exactly 7pm served with some champagne. Exactly at 8pm we were let in the main hall with tables to take our seats. Vuelio Blog Awards 2018 was opened by the CEO – Joanna Arnold followed by beautiful fire dancing performance duet. Then we were served three course dinner.. And that is when something special happened 🙂
So basically we were having a dinner and I look up at the huge screen in front of me and I see tweets from different people with Victoria from InTheFrow. If you have been reading my blog for some time now, you know how much I love her, she is very fashionable, beautiful and inspiring. So I stopped everything and started looking for Victoria in between the tables. I could not wait to see her in live. There she was sitting with her fiancee. As soon as I saw her, I did not know what to do, I just went back to my seat. It took me about half an hour to get the courage to go up to her 🙂 She was so nice, so down to earth and the most beautiful influencer in the whole world. I fell in love with her even more after that night. We spoke for few minutes, took some selfies and then wished a good night to each other. I was so embarrassed as I went to her right in the middle of dinner and interrupted her when she was talking to her friends, but she was lovely and gave me hugs. Alex was super nice and friendly too. They are just lovely together and I am so so so happy for them 🙂
